Biografia
Pietro Bonu (Legnano, 1995), si laurea in design del prodotto industriale e sviluppa il proprio percorso professionale tra design, scenografia e allestimenti. Il suo lavoro artistico ed applicativo nasce dall’interesse per la relazione tra oggetto, emozioni e narrazione.
Un approccio riflessivo lo porta a interpretare ogni progetto come un’occasione per costruire un concept capace non solo di rispondere a una necessità progettuale, ma anche di raccontare qualcosa, suggerire nuove prospettive e stimolare una riflessione. Attraverso il progetto esplora quindi il confine tra funzione e significato, cercando di trasformare prodotti, ambienti e scenografie in esperienze capaci di comunicare un’idea.
Pietro Bonu (Legnano, 1995), graduate in industrial product design and developed his professional career between design, scenography and installations. His artistic and applicative work stems from his interest in the relationship between object, emotions and narration.
A reflective approach leads him to interpret each project as an opportunity to build a concept capable not only of responding to a design need, but also of telling something, suggesting new perspectives and stimulating reflection. Through the project, he explores the boundary between function and meaning, trying to transform products, environments and scenographies into experiences capable of communicating an idea.

Pietro Bonu è un artista e designer che lavora tra design, scenografia ed allestimenti con particolare interesse per il rapporto tra oggetti, emozioni e racconto lento e delicato di ogni forma d’arte da lui espressa.
Primera Cruz, la sua opera, definisce un riflesso di noi e lo studio del rapporto tra individuo e regola che ci influenzano inevitabilmente, e dell’assoluto Caos. Nello studio e nella restituzione di una Croce che rappresenta simbolicamente proprio i principi morali, nascono forme, colori e molteplici possibilità, senza mai però essere mostrata nella sua presenza indubbia. Ecco li è il momento dove l’artista diventa ciò che realizza.
I diversi colori rappresentano le possibili interpretazioni personali delle “regole,” che non vengono quindi viste come imposizioni assolute, ma calibrate. L’opera invita lo spettatore a riflettere sul proprio modo di seguire, interpretare o mettere in discussione ogni aspetto di questa continua ricerca lasciando sempre tutto l’intero spazio però, al Dubbio che se gliene dai la possibilità, può davvero portarti ovunque.

Pietro Bonu is an artist and designer who works between design, scenography and installations with particular interest in the relationship between objects, emotions and the slow and delicate story of every form of art he expressed.
Primera Cruz, his work, defines a reflection of us and the study of the relationship between the individual and the rule that inevitably influence us, and of absolute Caos. In the study and restitution of a cross that symbolically represents moral principles, shapes, colors and multiple possibilities are born, without ever being shown in its undoubted presence. Here is the moment where the artist becomes what he creates.
The different colors represent the possible personal interpretations of the “rules,” which are therefore not seen as absolute impositions, but calibrated. The work invites the viewer to reflect on their own way of following, interpreting or questioning every aspect of this continuous research. Always leaving all the entire space, however, to the Doubt that if you give it the chance, it can really take you anywhere.

“Primera Cruz” fa parte della collezione Amor y control, che riflette sul rapporto tra l’individuo e le regole che condizionano la vita quotidiana. L’opera si interroga su quando sia giusto seguire le regole e quando, invece, sia necessario metterle in discussione. La croce rappresenta simbolicamente un sistema di principi e norme morali.
Tuttavia, viene raffigurata indirettamente e suggerita attraverso diversi elementi e colori che, osservati insieme, ne fanno emergere la forma. I colori rappresentano le diverse interpretazioni personali delle regole. La croce, quindi, non appare come un’imposizione assoluta, ma come una struttura che ogni individuo può interpretare in modo diverso. L’opera invita lo spettatore a riflettere sul proprio rapporto con le regole e sulle ragioni per cui decide di seguirle o di interpretarle secondo la propria esperienza. Nella piena coscienza, sempre presente, di un dubbio costante.

“Primera Cruz” is part of the Amor y control collection, which reflects on the relationship between the individual and the rules that condition everyday life. The work questions when it is right to follow the rules and when, instead, it is necessary to question them. The cross symbolically represents a system of moral principles and norms.
However, it is depicted indirectly and suggested through different elements and colors which, observed together, bring out its shape. The colors represent the different personal interpretations of the rules. The cross, therefore, does not appear as an absolute imposition, but as a structure that each individual can interpret differently. The work invites the viewer to reflect on his relationship with the rules and the reasons why he decides to follow them or interpret them according to his own experience. In the full, ever-present awareness of constant doubt.
